Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
Full Blender:
1 1/2 cups blueberry juice
1 cup lowfat or nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt
2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
Single-Serve:
3/4 cup blueberry juice
1/2 cup lowfat or nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt
1 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
- Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
- Cover and blend on AUTO SMOOTHIE setting or PULSE a few times, then blend on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds.
Serves: Using full blender, 2-4; using single-serve blender, 1-2
