Bananas for Blueberries Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup blueberry kefir (or use nonfat blueberry yogurt)
  • 1 large banana, peeled, cut in half
  • 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries

Directions

  1. Place ingredients into the blender in the order listed.

  2. Press Start and increase the power gradually until the ingredients are well-blended.

  3. The smoothie is done when the consistency is smooth and blended to your preference. Divide between glasses and serve.

Serves: 2-3
