Banana Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- Single-Serve:
- 1 1/4 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/2 medium frozen bananas, broken into chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Directions
- Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
- Cover, pulse a few times and then blend for 30 to 45 seconds.
Serves: 1-2
TEST KITCHEN TIP: Whenever you have bananas that are about to become too ripe, peel and place in a freezer bag to freeze for use later in smoothies.
