Ingredients

  • 5 slices thick sliced raisin bread
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Butter two 4-inch baking pans. Cut bread slices into 1-inch pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine egg, sugars, butter, milk and vanilla extract. Using a whisk, beat until blended.
  3. Add bread and stir until coated bread is coated with egg mixture. Let stand 5 minutes. Divide mixture between baking pans.\
  4. Place baking pans in air fryer.
  5. Set air fryer temperature on 350°F. Stopping half way through cooking time to move positions, cook 12 to 14 minutes and pudding is puffy in center.
