Air Fryer Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 5 slices thick sliced raisin bread
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Butter two 4-inch baking pans. Cut bread slices into 1-inch pieces.
- In a medium bowl, combine egg, sugars, butter, milk and vanilla extract. Using a whisk, beat until blended.
- Add bread and stir until coated bread is coated with egg mixture. Let stand 5 minutes. Divide mixture between baking pans.\
- Place baking pans in air fryer.
- Set air fryer temperature on 350°F. Stopping half way through cooking time to move positions, cook 12 to 14 minutes and pudding is puffy in center.
