Air Fryer Buttery Corn-on-the-Cob

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 medium ears corn-on-the-cob, husks removed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Brush butter over each ear of corn.
  2. Arrange corn in air fryer basket.
  3. Set air fryer at 400°F. Turning corn halfway through, cook 13 to 15 minutes or until corn is bright yellow with some char.
  4. Remove corn to a platter. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley before serving.
