We are seeking qualified candidates for a Corporate Development Manager position at our Corporate Office in Glen Allen, VA. Responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives that drive the growth and expansion of the company. This is a hybrid position.


Responsibilities of the position include: 

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential acquisition targets.
  • Evaluate the financial and strategic feasibility of potential opportunities.
  • Identify and assess potential acquisition targets, considering factors such as financial performance, cultural fit, and alignment with strategic objective.
  • Lead due diligence efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate legal, financial, operational, and other relevant aspects of target companies.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate potential deals.
  • Perform financial valuation, including discounted cash flows, comparable company analysis, and other relevant methods to assess the value of potential transactions.

Requirements of the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Finance acumen or experience
  • Experience working as a self-starter demonstrating creative problem skills.
  • General life science competency plus
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and drive growth with limited team and resources.
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
  • Domestic and international travel
