We have an immediate opening for an Operations and Supply Chain Manager – Amazon. The Operations and Supply Chain Manager- Amazon is responsible for planning inventory for a manufacturing across multiple shipment methods and sell types including 1P and 3P as well as domestic and import planning.  The Operations and Supply Chain Manager will lead operational and forecasting projects, which include Amazon compliance, chargebacks, shortages, SIOC initiatives, direct import, and EDI collaboration.  This is a fully remote position.

 Core responsibilities include:

• Responsible for inventory forecast over 50 different categories across 10+ brands
• Develop and maintain inventory forecast to sell on Amazon; the role identifies and interprets the key demand signals and their corresponding impacts on customer and internal inventory positions. The role works with the forecasting team to translate this information into forecast inputs.
• Manage Amazon operations and forecast teams
• Develop and plan inventory across multiple shipment methods and sell types (1P/3P, domestic and import planning)
• Develop strategies, improve performance, and acquire needed inventory for Amazon
• Lead fulfillment and operational initiatives for Amazon (e.g., SIOC-packaging, pallet program, bulk buys, chargebacks, and shortages)
• Lead the relationship between Amazon and HBB

Requirements of the position include:

• BA/BS degree in analytics, business, marketing, or other related fields
• At least 3 years of experience working at a manufacturing company forecasting for and selling on Amazon (1P), FBA, DTC
• At least 6 years of experience with supply chain and operations for Amazon (domestic and direct import fulfillment)
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Brand Analytics
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team
• At least 2 years of experience with EDI transmissions and chargebacks
• Excellent capabilities in and working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, functions, conditional formatting, pivot tables)
• Strong quantitative skills, comfortable navigating a data-driven business environment
• Ability to meet deadlines, multi-tasking skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with little direction and to work as part of a team
• Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
• Very strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills, both written and verbal
• A tenacious desire to be impactful to grow the business and to learn
