We are seeking qualified candidates for an M&A Pipeline Coordinator at our Corporate, Office in Glen Allen, VA. Responsibilities include identifying potential M&A targets and maintaining an organized pipeline. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities of the position include: 

• Proactively identify potential M&A targets through market research, industry analysis, networking, and other sources.
• Collaborate with various departments and executives to understand the company's growth strategy.
• Identify suitable targets that align with the strategic vision.
• Maintain a structured and organized pipeline of potential M&A deal
• Track the progress of each opportunity from initial identification through to completion or rejection.

Requirements of the position include:

• Bachelors Degree
• Demonstrated organizational skills and Customer Relationship Management experience.
• Experience working with difficult personalities and handling rejection
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and drive growth with limited team and resources.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience working as a self-starter demonstrating creative problem skills.
• Sales and Event support experience
