We are seeking qualified candidates for an IT Manager, Digital Services opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia.  The IT Manager, Digital Services’ primary responsibilities include providing leadership for architecting and implementing information technology initiatives.  Directs the planning and implementation of enterprise IT technologies in support of business operations to improve cost effectiveness, service quality and business development.

 Responsibilities of the position include: 

  • All aspects of the organization’s IT infrastructure, compliance, and digital transformation.
    • Plan, Coordinate, direct and design operational activities of the Digital Development and Lotus Notes team.
    • Provide direction and support for the IS Technical solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations.
    • Collaborate directly with executive management team and key decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
    • Develop and manage technology portfolios and attaining IS service level agreements for the end user community.

Requirements of the position include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in managing/directing and IS Technology Operations.
  • 15+ years’ experience working in the IS industry.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in the consumer goods industry.
    • 10+ years’ experience in strategic planning and execution, business process optimization, budgeting, and project management.
    • Experience leading digital development teams using AWS and Ecommerce headless architecture.
  • Awareness of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to Information Technology.
    • Good understanding of hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, outsourcing arrangements, system integration capabilities.
    • Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practice, and procedures. Ability to motivate in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
