We are seeking qualified candidates for an Associate eCommerce Sales Manager role who will be responsible for driving the profitable sales and shipment of Hamilton Beach products through Amazon.  The Associate eCommerce Sales Manager’s primary focus is to provide insights, data analytics support, and budget tracking for the varying functions of the Amazon team.  This role will be located in the US with a preference for candidates located near our Corporate headquarters in Glen Allen, VA or in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Set and execute the sales strategy for Amazon, including daily management of sales activities for assigned categories and customer routes to market
  • Interpret sales data from HBB analytics team, Vendor Central, and Seller Central
  • Manage and track promotions, advertising, and social media budget in Epicor
  • Manage promotion creation process across all categories
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales Management, and Analytics teams to ensure business objective are met

Requirements of the position include:

  • Undergraduate degree in data analytics, finance or related field
  • 2+ years of account sales experience working with Amazon; understanding Amazon, their metrics and sales process
  • Proficiency with Amazon supplier applications (Vendor Central, Seller Central)
  • Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced skillset in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate is someone who can focus on results and desired outcomes and knows how best to achieve them.  They will have the proven ability to learn and adapt to technological changes; remaining nimble and proactive in addressing any issues that may arise.  They will also be skilled in balancing out and prioritizing efficiently self-tasked projects, team objectives, and tasks from the company’s Sales Management leaders.
