We are seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Product & Business Development Manager, opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia.  The Assistant Product & Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for managing product execution, customers, and marketing communications.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Manage product development execution
  • Support new partner development
  • Manage and support customers including distributors and retailers
  • Develop marketing communications and ensure brand guidelines are followed
  • Provide product, sales, and marketing communications

Requirements of the position include: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in consumer products, healthcare, or pharma
  • Proven ability to multi-task and drive growth with limited resources
  • Strong analytical, problem- solving and communication skills

The successful candidate will be a creative, results driven self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent organization, and interpersonal skills, and will have demonstrated the ability to work independently and use good judgment.
